November 11, 2008 Debate: "Which is the True Religion of Peace?" with Rabbi Shmuley Boteach and Dr. Douglas Jacoby

Taking place at the Edmond J. Safra Synagogue in New York City, this event was to originally feature Imam Shabir Ally to represent Islam in the discussion. However, Mr. Ally was denied entry into the United States for reasons that were never provided. This is discussed as well in the opening of the debate.

Rabbi Shmuley Boteach and Dr. Douglas Jacoby went forward with the debate, pairing Judaism and Christianity side by side in an engaging debate that searches for new answers on the path to peace.
